Maninder is a seasoned Data Science professional with 8+ years of cross functional experience under her belt, delivering key projects across : Insights, Pricing & Promotions, Category Management, Supplier Management, Customer Personalisation etc. for clients across North Americas, Europe and Asia.In her current role she works in the capacity of a Data Science Manager at dunnhumby, and leads a team of 15 data scientists across several clients in the North Americas. She is one of the fastest growing women leaders at dunnhumby, with a proven track record of setting up and scaling data science solutions across developed and emerging markets.She believes that a problem of any size, scale or complexity can be solved with the right set of people, data, & technologies. She brings to the table a Growth Mindset and a knack to manage to identify gaps and plug them at the source. She is skilled in Machine Learning, Python, PySpark, SQL, SAS, PowerBI and Tableau.
