Head of Distribution in EMEA with the responsibility of developing the Distribution strategy and sales objectives, leading the strategic relationships with Citrix top Pan-EMEA Distributors to ensure a steady growth in Citrix channel business in EMEA. This includes the perpetual distribution business and the CSP (subscription / service provider) business in EMEA, about transitioning channel partners from perpetual license (on-prem) sales to cloud-based subscription offerings and evergreen solutions.My responsibilities has been to develop and drive focus and attention to our cloud business, the small and medium business (SMB) and the subscription business (CSP). By the development of different channel programs (Distribution, CSP, promos etc) we have secured growth by enabling our partners to scale the Citrix business. I have developed strategic incentive programs within Citrix in EMEA, while at the same time acting as the subject matter expert within our global organization within our Distribution channel organization . Our two tier model approach, from Distribution to resellers (partners / solution advisors), has focused thoroughly on driving growth through value add, enabling partners and ensuring value throughout the whole sales cycle.Results:Proven record of achievement with over 15 years of direct and indirect sales experience. Strong understanding of Channel Sales and Strategy. Responsible for Citrix EMEA Distribution Channel business, growing the business from $400M to $1B, by outperforming the Industry growth average significantly. Growing recurring revenue high double digit year over year (YoY) through our CSP Distribution.
