Associa is the industry leader in residential community management with branches across North America. My primary focus in this role was to grow the business. This was seasonal work. I was assigned to one of the most popular locations: The Emporium and focused on creating magical moments daily for every visitor. My diverse responsibilities included handling cash and credit transactions, stocking displays, and providing superior customer service. Additionally, out of “season” I helped increase awareness on campus of the Disney college program to recruit interns.
