VACUUM SYSTEM AND HEAT TRANSFERENGINEERING - Purchasing for Engineered Products, Customer specified material. Supported international outsourcing of production. Maintained department size while Company grew 70%. Multiple process improvements (invoice payments, PO distribution, VMI, SOX & ISO)

Contract - Manage material requirements and technical issues in intial production of RoHS product in Malaysia. Managed component search & availability, address techincal issues w/ Engineering and tracked cost impacts with Accounting. Pulled in initial production by 3 months

Contract - Procure materials for MARTA Subway car refurb program. Worked with OEM (domestic & international) suppliers plus local fabricators. Developed and implemented KanBan for hardware across all manufacturing operations, drove bar code delivery of materials and receiving problems resolutions
