This included scoping the project, approaching potential vendors for proposals, creating and presenting the business case for Board approval, and producing all the project documentation. When fully operational the system created quantifiable benefits to the business running into millions of dollars per month by providing the procurement team with instantaneous, ad-hoc stock data which was used for more accurate procurement planning.
