Mark Hoffman accepted the role as President and CEO in Huntsville AL. with the never look back attitude will grow the Avionics MRO to a leader in Engineering, Line maintenance and Heavy Aircraft Maintenance all over the US. Hoffman accepted the position of Vice President of MRO at Oakland Air, in August of 2014. The opportunity for the growth at Oakland air is tremendous, Hoffman will headed up the expansion of MRO Service. Hoffman joined Tailwind Capital in 2008, with over 22 years of aircraft maintenance and Management experience. In his most recent position at Comair (US), he was Program Manager of Maintenance Repair and Overhaul. Throughout his 18-year tenure at Comair, he held a series of key managerial positions in the airline’s line and regional maintenance facilities. As a licensed airframe and Powerplant mechanic certified by the US FAA, Hoffman has amassed extensive expertise in regional aircraft including Embraer, Bombardier Canadair Family of aircraft. Concurrently, he concluded comprehensive managerial training courses.
