I was responsible for business development and the divisional P & L of an Oil & Gas consultancy division of Pyroban Ltd called Ex-Solutions Consultancy. In addition to my Pyroban divisional role, I was appointed General Manager for Adex Zonex Pte Ltd, a Pyroban Group Company based in Singapore, that specialised in Zone 2 hazardous area equipment packaging of generator sets, compressor packages and hydraulic power packs. The company also specialises in material handling equipment conversion and rental.

Within the Company's business objectives, I was to manage projects and to develop products which comply with all relevant Standards and Specifications. I offered leadership and support to the mechanical and electrical applications engineers with there duties, I lead projects developing Mechanical and Electro-mechanical components for application in Hazard Protection, Safety and Emissions Control Systems environment. My duties were to understand and participate in achieving the financial targets and goals for the Engineering Department. I meet with and lead the engineering team to understand their problems, make recommendations and assist in the development of potential solutions. I was to ensure that designs comply with the current standards of safety and reliability and performance as well as throughout project record design records, test results, performance specifications, etc are prepared and filed in the Technical File.
