Manager Corporate Information Governance
CurrentDirect the corporate set of Information Governance multi-disciplinary structures, policies, procedures, processes and controls implemented to manage all information at an enterprise level, supporting the organizations immediate and future regulatory, legal, risk, environmental and operational compliance requirements. Provides leadership in developing and implementing enterprise strategic & operational planning and direction for both electronic and physical information, as well as information management technology and systems, information security, and the ethical and legal requirements for the Company including: • Information Governance Management Policy• Archive Data Protection • Security• Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)• Advising Senior Management and department management• Corporate Library OperationDirect, lead and prioritize the work of support and project teams in implementing a change management approach, and eventually maintaining, the Information Governance Program and associated lifecycle management initiatives: • Provide leadership guidance to IT on setting and managing technology roadmap and processes for information governance• Aligning the legal hold process with ILM practices• Progressively identify and eliminate unmanaged data • Setting retention requirements for new IT systems• Collaborating and advising IT involving legacy data• Implementing more advanced technology for collaboration, records management and legal hold management• Collaborate and lead initiatives with IT, Legal Corporate Compliance and business units to develop a cross functional governance structure• Provide tactical input to an organizational change management plan, to assure compliance with Information Governance policy. • Lead team(s) to implement process improvements that enhance Company performance and increase quality related to Corporate governance of information
