16-bed, AASM-accredited sleep laboratory (12-bed outpatient + 4 bed hospital-base, high-acuity facility) with 1 portable system supporting inpatient/bedside Polysomnograms at Northwestern and Shirley Ryan Ability lab (stroke, neuromuscular, spinal cord injury). 40+ unit Home Sleep Testing program (Nihon Kohden Nomad). Sleep Medicine research support. Sleep Specialist fellowship/training program. Supervised outpatient, inpatient, and home sleep testing (HST) programs while managing technical infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, database, etc) and sleep lab operations (access/authorization, scheduling, supplies/inventory, facilities, etc). Supported Research (Center of Circadian and Sleep Medicine) and Unversity Fellowship programs, including "scoring boot camp" and pre-study chart review (digital Fellow sheets). Cultivated internal and external partnerships to ensure quality outcomes (ie. pre-op clinic, fellowship program, sterile processing, respiratory care, university researchers, DME, equipment/supply vendors, security, IT/IS, etc). Supervised technical staff, organized orientation, on-boarding, and continuous technical training (High Flow-AirVO2 therapy titrations, ECG interpretation, mechanical lift, EMU, INSPIRE titrations, etc). Partnered with Clinical Manager on organizational initiatives such as patient access improvement project (DMAIC), ADA compliance, Joint Commission preparedness, efficiency of EMR utilization, system upgrade, HST program expansion, and AASM re-accreditation. Conducted daytime MSLTs, scoring, documentation, and report preparation.
