Facilitated all phases of employee administration and relations including wage and salary administration, recruiting, benefits, EEO and Affirmative Action, and the negotiation and application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Educated the Union Committee on high performance plant concepts and different ways to operate and do work. *Improved packaging line productivity by 50% through a robust technical skills training program. *Reduced packaging line operating costs by $1.2M by focusing on reducing waste and driving efficiency gains. *Decreased overall plant operating costs by $1.5M in one year through an employee driven cost reduction initiative.*Designed and implemented an Occupational Health Nurse programs that reduced worker compensation costs by 50%.
