Business Coordinator for BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, managing rotas, reporting and other behind the scenes activities for the station.I have worked as a regular presenter on the station's Classical Cambridgeshire, The Folk Show, Sunday Breakfast, and Early Breakfast programmes, as well as presenting other ad hoc programmes including the station's General Election results programme in 2019. I have also written and read news bulletins, worked as a reporter for Breakfast and the specialist music programmes, produced the mid-morning and evening programmes and completed a number of other special projects for the station, including producing a live broadcast from outside King's College, Cambridge and recording 2,000 school children in 17 different schools for a Christmas singing event. I also produced and presented specials from Cambridge and Ely Folk Festivals. I continued to work as a presenter and bulletin reader while on a 13 month attachment at BBC Radio 3 as a production coordinator.I have also been a guest on the station as a film critic since 2015 and continue to produce and appear on the station's regular film review slot.

Reviewing films for the station's flagship film review show Bums On Seats since 2012. Became part of the roster of regular hosts of the show in 2013. Also contributed to the Drive programme as a film critic since 2015, and as a guest host for Stage And Screen In 2019.Host of the station's classical music show Classical Cambridge between November 2017 and December 2018. Monthly two hour show featuring interviews conducted with the leading figures in classical music across Cambridgeshire.Presenter of the three hour show for the station every Thursday afternoon Jan - Aug 2018, featuring a live studio guest, news, travel and local information bulletins and a wide mix of music, as well as my own listener features.From May 2017 to January 2018, became one of the regular presenters of 105 Today and 105 This Week, hour long shows which feature a mix of interviews, features and music. Curate my own music playlists for these shows.Have also provided outside interviews for the Summer Saturday show and been a guest on other shows, including the Weekend Waffle.

Regular film critic from 2015 to 2019 for Chris Mann and Thordis Fridriksson's programmes. Content includes cinema releases, streaming picks and TV recommendations. I have also provided film and culture opinions for these and other shows and presenters including Dotty McLeod, Steve Jackson, Paul Stainton, Gerald Main and Pam Mungroo.Still provide film opinions to the station in my role as a film critic.

Managed team of 6 analysts / administrators, responsible for delivery of forecasting, scheduling, reporting, network routing and support of WFM system (Q-Max) within multi-site, skills based and multimedia contact centre environment of 1000 seats.

Produced long term capacity plan and supporting model (view up to 8 years ahead), produced short term shift patterns, revised and developed all automated reporting using Excel and VBA to extract data.

Produced Excel-based WFM system for management of staffing requirements and reporting, redeveloped country-wide forecasting model, produced new call-centre wide staffing patterns to improve attrition.
