Current-Customer Care ASTM Direct Customers: Focus on all international customers, assist customer choose and set up authenticated access methods to the ASTM Compass platform, create and distribute training documentation, perform live demos of the platform. -Customer Care 3rd Party Platform Customers: Participated in customer discovery sessions, developed customer communication processes, created documentation for customer and their end users, and created and implemented user acceptance testing. -Sales: Managed $300K base of high-turnover customers, ensuring renewal and upselling where possible. Worked with other representatives to update SalesForce data base. -Special Projects: Streamlined and cleaned up accounting process to reduce unpaid invoice, used import/export experience to assist international customers receive their proficiency testing samples, developed communication process from customer contact to completion of sale for new cannabis testing programs, continued Spanish translation work.-Covered for Director of Latin America for two months processing renewals, following up on leads, and other sales functions.
