I am also responsible for reviewing our Knowledge Base periodically to identify gaps in product knowledge available to our customers, enter those gaps as requests for knowledge creation, and write or ensure the content is written and published in a timely fashion.I am highly motivated, able to work with minimal levels of daily management, detail oriented, and able to manage time well to ensure all customer needs are met in a satisfactory fashion to the standards they expect.
