Mark serves as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Steel, LLC, and is responsible for regional project management, pre-construction development, and sales. He actively pursues leads with new clients while preserving longstanding customer relationships.Responsibilities include attending scope meetings and coordinating details of the project with general contractors and providing leadership to the Estimators and Sales team before they make final decisions on a project. He is involved with the review of drawings and assists with pricing both internally and through the use of sub-contractors before finalizing the proposal. Involved with the Design-Build concept through multiple phases of the construction process, Mark also helps general contractors budget and determine cost-effective solutions for the structural and miscellaneous steel scopes of work.
