People say that I'm reliable and hard working. I try to inspire people around me to give their best and prevaile in thier everyday struggle to deliver on time.In one such occurence, as a Team leader I was able to implement SCRUM and Agile methodologies that resulted in finishing the project on time and incressing the customer confidence in my team. After which I was promoted to Project Lead of CORE software development.Now, I have great chance and even greater responsibility, to influence others into taking initiative and provide the best possible service. It makes me very proud to see my collegues suceed, in what they thought was too impossible.The customer is always right! Sometimes, dough, the customer may not be aware of all technical possibilities. I consider it my duty to present the customer with all solutions, so that he can choose the best one.
