● Initially worked on the remote support / helpdesk team. ● Was later moved on to the role of "Proactive Engineer" where I traveled to our premier clients to audit our remote management services and met with clients face to face as part of quality assurance. ● Setup and configured Cisco, Dell, and Planet switches, Cisco wireless controllers and access points, and oversaw a few IP phone installation projects. Also gained experience working with Datto backup solutions and Watchguard firewalls.

● Installed and supported technology solutions for clients of all types across the Delmarva peninsula. ● I was a part of countless projects where we installed new PCs, Windows and Linux servers, performed Novell to Microsoft server migrations, setup Cisco routers for high­ availability WAN connections, and designed and supported campus size wireless networks. ● Was responsible for project management while also juggling emergency service calls from the clients I regularly serviced. ● Occasionally contracted to companies to fill temporary vacancies of their IT staff. ● Presented a panel on Server Virtualization to local business owners and other IT workers at our Delmarva Technology Expo we held in Salisbury, MD in 2010. ● Was cleared to work with many local Police departments to help with general IT issues and setup remote network connections to other agencies in major cities. ● Worked on three security related incident responses, and I was a part of the only security assessment the company had performed during this time.

● As the sole Network Administrator I was in charge of all IT projects, planning, and support. ● Supported Windows, Linux, and AS/400 servers. ● Was responsible for maintaining network connectivity from their headquarters in Salisbury, MD to eleven locations spread out across the Delmarva Peninsula using a combination of Cisco and Netopia routers.
