Providing weekly executive level updates on project(s) status, maintaining a schedule of tasks and their due dates and team member assigned. Responsible for project SDLC up to and including deployment and 60 day warranty period. Managed and approved time reporting for team members. Tracking issues / risks associated with initiatives. Worked with stakeholders to define, maintain and deliver requirements. Most projects required my providing an expanded role of lead project manager, which involved working with multiple Project Managers responsible for specific technical applications impacted by the project requirements.
