Managed development of UPC Logging process providing systemic ISP maintenance of missing or invalid POS UPCs. Created "Pricing Build" process to initialize pricing and ISP at new locations and/or correct extensive pricing issues at existing stores. Managed, designed and developed "Host Return Processing" providing sales associates the ability to refund correct sales amount for non-receipted returns for 90 days using multiple search criteria. This process resulting in millions of dollars saved by dramatically reducing incorrect refunds on fraudulent returns and promotional merchandise.
