Oversee the day to day operations of Compas/CMI data analytic services including, providing various reports for internal and external customers, assisting in the analysis of data, leading training for new employees and processing data.• Coordinate the transfer of client engagement Datafeeds for programs that ran throughout the year, ensuring all data is correct and ready for analysis. Insights are added to make all the visuals compelling and create a story.• Lead training for new and existing employees on the data analytics department and all skills relevant to work in the department. Assisted in converting data analytic classes that were done in person into online class that could be complete from anywhere.• Developed new processes using excel and tableau to improve the workflow of the business. Cutting down a process that took a couple hours down to minutes.

Act as a single point of contact to the UBS branch complexes for the Window 7 upgrade and VOIP voice survey. Each complex consists of 3 to 7 branch offices. Complexes are located throughout the US.• Build customized survey document for each site using known client information: floor plans, HR data, and workstation information.• Act as Single Point of Contact for the RTSL’s (Regional Technical Service Liaison) in the field.• Work closely with client technical resource to ensure each branch’s user data in is kept up to date until the cut date.
