• Served as the manager of a $60M Delivery Partner program for Professional Services in the Americas.
• Led the implementation of the North America Channel Services portfolio and played a key role in the implementation of the Certified Solution Provider (CSP) Program.
• Developed and implemented a Delivery Partner Process for Professional Services and a process for the sales team to sell products outside of the Hitachi family.
• Implemented an automated sales process for Global Solution Services (GSS) using Changepoint and Siebel and supported the implementation of SharePoint and Knowledge Management in Professional Services.
• Created and implemented several operations reports for GSS Americas Management, developed and trained GSS in Latin America on Changepoint, and assisting the implementation of E-Time for Professional Services.
