In order to achieve this my role will include the following tasks:• Read and understand commissioning plan, program and specification report.• Carry out early assessment on site of the commissioning program and begin to document issues encountered on the commissioning issues log.• Submit updated issues log to the relevant trades.• Analyse and review site labour requirements in accordance with the commissioning program.• Provide weekly feedback to the commissioning supervisor on site labour requirements.• Manage and maintain commissioning issues log to provide commissioning technicians with maximum productivity.• Attend weekly site commissioning meetings with the relevant contractors and site management.• Attend client commissioning meetings where required.• Update and maintain commissioning status program.• Follow up any outstanding items on the commissioning issues log to prevent further delays to the commissioning process.• Carry out commissioning tasks in accordance with project specification.• Provide training in air balancing and other commissioning tasks to junior technicians.• Identify training needs of commissioning technicians.• Provide technical support for the engineering department and back up support to the commissioning technicians .The scope of works undertaken by Flowtech is undertaken to ensure that the delivery of the project not only meets the clients performance objectives, but will ensure that the facility can continue to outperform industry equivalents.
