Senior Manager Of Creative Services
CurrentAs the Senior Manager of Creative Services, I communicate the Pittsburgh Steelers brand vision in all areas of advertising, marketing and graphic design while ensuring consistent graphic principles and identity standards are practiced across the greater organization.- Oversee, develop and deliver creative direction and strategy for all organizational divisions including: Digital, Broadcast and Gameday Content, Marketing and Events, Fan Engagement, Corporate Partnership and Activation, Ticketing Operations and Sales, Merchandising/Digital Commerce and Community Relations.- Work with the Director of Content to build strategic initiatives and departmental annual plans for the Creative and Content team.- Partner with department heads and key business stakeholders to understand and identify their creative needs to develop strategic solutions that will achieve their goals and objectives.- Serve as brand manager and lead creative advisor for cross functional departments including: marketing, digital, content and video teams in support of brand strategy and creative execution for game day, annual campaigns and community events.- Manage and partner with our creative team consisting of graphic designers, multi-media designers, producers, editors, writers and photographers by communicating the creative vision and ensuring that best practices are followed at the highest standard.- Coordinate daily operations for creative team by partnering with the project planning team in order to delegate and assign key tasks to complete all deliverables within desired timelines and budgets.- Oversee and collaborate with external creative services including partnered advertising agencies, interior design/fabrication firms, entertainment production companies and freelance creative services for all necessary projects and campaigns.- Develop and cultivate a culture of teamwork and pride in what we do while enjoying the creative process.
