During my tenure with GCS, I have facilitated start up operations and managed as many as 11 cities, 30 personnel, and 23 vehicles.My role in each site's success is achieved through strategic personnel decisions, well evolved curriculum's and standardized processes augmented with decisive decision making as the situation evolves and dictates. Assisted employers with access and utilization of Tennessee's job services database, jobs4tn.gov and recruiting events at the local American Job Center in Knoxville as well as Job Fairs. Provided local market employment statistics and workforce growth projections utilizing Bureau of Labor Statistics published data.Veteran specific services provided were resume development, successful interviewing techniques, skill assessments, and individual counseling in support of being "job ready".

Project Lead for demolition, rebuild and installation of lead encasement to house new reactor probe at X10 Nuclear Reactor. Awarded follow on work for cleanup of contaminated debris removed from reactor building in accordance with DOE specifications. Provided other bid opportunities based on quality work performed. Bid and awarded project to remove personnel access point and replace it with a parking area and vehicle entry point into the prior restricted area.
