As an experienced management professional with a diverse background in the lawncare and mosquito control industries, I bring a unique set of skills and knowledge to any organization. With roles ranging from Technician to quality control supervisor to production manager, I have a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations required to run successful businesses.In my current position as a Production manager with a Mosquito.buzz , I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from planning and scheduling to implementation and quality control. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that production goals are met on time and within budget, while also maintaining a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.Prior to that, I served as a quality control supervisor for Nutri lawn Ottawa, where I was responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring that all work met high standards of quality and efficiency. I also played a key role in developing and implementing new processes, training and testing including procedures to improve overall operational effectiveness.Throughout my career, I have honed my leadership and communication skills, and I am highly adept at collaborating with both internal and external team members, contractors and suppliers to achieve shared goals.
