NorthSteppe Realty operates primarily in the University District, Short North, Victorian, Italian, and German Villages. Our mission is to create cash flow and improve the Columbus Community through the acquisition, lease and management of residential properties. Much of our focus is on restoration of older buildings by restoring them to todays standards and their original character. Our offices are located 1946 North High St. and 1066 North High St.The most rewarding aspects of my career is the building of people through mentoring, scholarships and principled leadership development. I currently serve The T. Ewing Miller Scholars Program, The Columbus Foundation, St. Charles Preparatory School, The OSU Buckeye Fellows Leadership Program, The OSU Veterinary School, the OSU Wilstein Leadership Academy The United Schools Network, The Better Business Bureau . My purpose is retaining top talent in our Community and development of future leaders through mentoring with emphasis on self evaluation, ethics and character development. Another area that I find particularly rewarding is helping the students I mentor find meaning work. I have the privilege of working with leaders who share the same vision – creating opportunities so students can discover their unique talents and thrive personally and professionally.
