Former Army Captain, Attack Pilot, Combat Veteran and deployed overseas to S. Korea and Iraq. Discovered construction in 1994 and came up from job clerk to earning my General Contracting license. From that, I grew KanIlli Enterprises, Inc. into a predominantly regional company with an extended reach North into Ohio and West to Kansas. Activities included Residential Construction from development of concept through completion, small commercial structures and as a contractor performing structural concrete repairs, installing high performance coatings, and various forms of waterproofing and masonry rehabilitation. This lifetime of skills has involved me in everything from training personnel to managing multiple projects and running my own business and being responsible for all aspects of that from marketing to estimating, budgeting, logistics, HR, safety, scheduling budgeting, customer relations, etc. and closeout.Currently seeking an opportunity with moderate growth for the next 10-12 years.
