Mission Readiness Supervisor
CurrentAs supervisor for an autonomous vehicle fleet, I delegate and oversee a team in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment to assist in reaching company milestones and providing support to ensure goals and objectives are met. I ensure that daily vehicle preparation is prioritized and executed, which includes, but not limited to deploying the proper software to each vehicle, pre-mission checks, refueling/charging, calibration support, and ensuring that the interior, exterior, and driving sensors are routinely inspected and cleaned per defined standard operating procedures. It is important that I keep the team and myself aligned with leadership on procedures, performance metrics, and best practices. In this role, I use various software programs daily, track and document progress using the appropriate checklists and reports, provide detailed and helpful feedback, communicate across multiple departments, create and manage employee schedules, and assist in new-hire onboarding and training.
