I understand the stresses that modern corporate life can place on one's sense of balance and ability to relax. During my time working in the banking industry for approx 40 years I kept up a regular practice of meditation . I found a mindfulness meditation practice has helped me greatly in maintaining a positive attitude ,resilience and the ability to relax and let go of anxieties and tensions that can beset an active corporate life whilst balancing the needs of a personal life outside work.Having had many years of practicing meditation techniques I decided to formally qualify as a certified teacher in guiding and teaching Meditation .
