After completing my higher education at Scotch College I spent 8 years working as a Radio Announcer at Stations in VIC, ACT and SA. I have extensive Sales/Marketing and Account Management experience with highly developed skills in planning, new business development, leadership and negotiation. We initially carry out a survey of the building to identify the ESM's that need to be inspected, tested and maintained. We then perform quarterly audits (recorded in a customised ESM Manual) to ensure compliance so that yearly we can sign of on a Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) on behalf of the building owner or representative. We also offer Emergency Evacuation Diagrams, Emergency Response Procedure Manuals and Warden and Fire Equipment Training.
