Demonstrate Check Point products and services to all levels within customer organizations and responsible for successfully executing lab and field trials of Check Point products. Provide technical support on pre-sale calls, assess the customer technical environment to suggest solutions and provide feedback to the development team for product enhancements. Participate in the initial planning and deployment of Check Point products and provide on-site customer support as needed. Responsible for identifying, prospecting and closing new and existing customer opportunities in assigned territory. Responsible for managing various customer networks on an ongoing basis. Network design and equipment recommendations. Implement Windows servers (AD, Exchange) and networks for businesses with users ranging from 10 to 1000. Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices including Windows and Cisco devices. Support administration of servers and server clusters. Manage all system back-up and restore protocols. Plan and support network and computing infrastructure. Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems. Document network, problems and resolution for future reference. Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning. Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam.
