CurrentMicrosoft Solutions MDM Architect managing a mid-sized 3000+ MDM endpoints via Hybrid AD Joined Environment. Expert level administration of SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, MS Intune, Autopilot, JAMF Cloud, Kandji MDM, Beyond Trust Privilege Management, Password Safe, GPO Policy, Config Profiles, CA Cert management, Always on Demand & Pre-Logon VPN, Endpoint imaging, App and Policy Enforcement/ Deployment. Custom script and custom app deployments. Creating Quarterly SCCM Imaging Task Sequences and Intune Autopilot Imaging deployment profiles. Maintaining weekly & monthly patching cycles including Windows, macOS, Office and other third party app updates available through Patch My Pc or Kandji auto-apps to aggressively address and resolve any current CVE threats in the organization Managing SCCM Servers and SQL Server for SCCM providing regular system update, running regular database, wsus maintenance, cleanup of unused items and update or available inventory. Packaging & Publishing on demand apps available for Windows Clients via SCCM Software Center / Intune Company Portal / Kandi / Jamf Self Service for macOS. Familiar with PowerShell, batch, bash, and some python scripting for deployments as well as standard dmg / pkg, exe / msi / winapp32 deployments. Provide SSRS Reports, Power BI Reporting and PMPC Advanced Insights of all MDM related assets Jira PI Planning – 10 week Interval project lead of Service Delivery team.
