The synthesis of these oligonucleotides uses variations of solid phase synthesis practices used across the oligo industry. Characterization is done in Agilent 1190 and 1290 instruments and synthesis is done on MerMade synthesizers (MM12, MM192, andMM192X) as well as ABI 3900 instruments. I also took on a role in the Culture Club at SomaLogic which is an extension of HR - collaborating with the C-Suite. My responsibilities are to be a liaison between employees and senior management, solving complex problems ranging from employee satisfaction to implementing organizational change. Show less
