Reviewing Medium/High/Very High risk accounts (Active and Dormant) from different business areas (Retail business banking and Small Mid-Market), performing full in-depth KYC/B analysis as per most updated AML standards & Procedures including sanctions and risk policies.Capable of dealing with all the entities (limited companies, sole trader, partnerships, trusts, clubs & societies, charities etc) and industries (oil & Gas, cash intensive, valuable goods, incorporated & non-incorporated charities, MSB’s, SPV’s, MOD’s etc).Trained on completing full transaction monitoring review on active and dormant accounts.Quality monitoring skills of medium, high and very high risk cases including exemplar. Fully trained on QA and frontlineappeal review process.Acting as a main point of contact for CDD/EDD stakeholders for different business areas and respond to their queries in-line with standards and procedures to robust the process of account opening within the SLA. Also, developed a closeworking relation with Risk (CBCF/BUCF/RBBCF).Our decision making based on a complete understanding of the business (nature, structure, ownership and tradingjurisdictions) within the limitations of AML standards & procedures.Have full understanding of SARS process and adverse media procedures/applications (i.e. World Compliance, WorldChecks, APM and Google searches).Provided support to Transaction monitoring unit on different site.Analysing customer account activities, creating alerts, assigning to relevant teams and responding to triggers/alerts ondaily basis.Fully trained to perform low, medium, high risk and PEP assessments.

We are responsible for account maintenance.We communicate with RM’s of different business areas regarding any ambiguity in the mandate variation process including Credit scoring etc.Our role includes inbound/outbound calls to different stakeholders.Also, involved in training and quality monitoring of new colleagues on commercial processes and provide them feedback on daily basis.Trained to do complex High T/O complex account conversion.As an experienced colleague, I have visited Glasgow as a part of Ferguson Project during the transition period to train and quality monitor the colleagues on commercial processing (commercial & clubs and charities) and prepping (Blue) of the mandates.
