I have over 30 years within the New Zealand telecommunications industry with roles in Telecom NZ, TelstraClear, Vodafone, Snap, 2degrees and ] NZ Data.I've previously lead a team in the corporate Solution Delivery space for 2degrees in Christchurch, and was fortunate to have a fantastic team delivering complex WAN and Voice solutions to their largest clients. Prior to that I worked for over 8 years within a contact centre environment and progressed through a number of roles including contact centre agent, Team Leader, Workforce Planner and Operations Manager – roles that I excelled at and gave me a full understanding of contact centre operation. I advanced through these roles by proving my ability, displaying a mature & logical approach to problems or tasks and successfully talking on large projects and delivering on them. My prior history in sales & account management provides me with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
