SYSTEM: 2G/2.5G/2.75G Huawei BSC6900UFONE Pakistan Swap Project (Nortel To Huawei) Phase I/IIMy Key responsibilities are:Responsible for Parameter Mapping from Nortel To Huawei Responsible for the neighbour planning for the swapResponsible for the Initial Tuning & Optimization of the newly integrated sites.Frequency allocation & thorough check of freq. plan (BCCH, HSN,BSIC & MAIO) Thorough Neighbour Optimization by checking BCCH-BSIC clashes & neighbour propagation. Responsible for the pre swap configured data correctness Handling Acceptance procedure and working on the Acceptance reports.Responsible for pre-post optimization & implementation reports showing significant improvement of sites.Daily monitoring & maintaining of the KPIs through M2000/PRS of BSC6900Analyses and suggesting improvements of KPIs through M2000 Features Redesigning the sites with low KPIs and giving the recommendations of Azimuth, HBA, Tilts, antenna changes, FP changes and neighbour optimization and producing the optimization reports.Coordinating the drive test team for the drive test of new sites & taking the necessary action to improve the performance of area.Change and able to execute the radio related parameters, by using the script on M2000 MML Client, CME and LMT special functions.Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimization & Tuning.Regularly coordinating with the customer and troubleshooting their doubts.

SYSTEM: 2G/2.5G/2.75G Huawei BSC600/BSC32; is one of the largest cellular operator in Pakistan with above 4000 sites nationwide and 23% total market share.My Key responsibilities were:Statistical Analysis:Monitor the daily average & busy hour statistics.Daily performance monitoring of the OMCR statistics of sites for HW problems detection and troubleshootingAnalyzing the stats and events, locating and isolating the fault causing the effects on network services.Script building & HW Activities:Able to collect and analyse data from the Huawei OSS, script buildings and developing short tools for fast data processing.Experienced of integrating, commissioning, trouble shooting and fault diagnosing of Huawei BSC6000, BSC32, BTS3012 and BTS3900 cabinets.Responsible for providing level 2 support to the customer for critical issuesPart of major software up gradation activities for feature up gradation in the network (BSC6000, HR, AMR -FR-HR).Worked on Huawei PCU cabinets, proposing solutions for issues related to failure of GPRS services.
