Retail Sales Manager
CurrentI currently support 3 of our 12 retail sites. While there is no "normal day", on a regular basis I communicate and resolve customer issues, keep staffing apprised of upcoming events that impact our customers and policy / procedure changes. Financially I am responsible for auditing batches and registers and tracking performance. Incentive planning and execution to ensure we are meeting our goals. Scheduling and personnel concerns are a piece of the job, ensuring adequate staffing to meet our needs while controlling OT and travel costs.Store appearance, upkeep and improvements. Contribute to budget planning and adherence. Education, coaching and evaluation processes are part of my daily, weekly, monthly and yearly calendars. My goal is to ensure that each employee feels they are supported and empowered to make decisions that impact a positive customer experience.
