About Natalie Nathanson

Since my foray into entrepreneurship at the age of 9, I've nurtured a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship. I've spent my career helping companies drive growth through smart, strategic decision-making and implementing results-focused B2B marketing. My main professional passion and focus is running my marketing firm. I founded Magnetude Consulting in 2012 as an outsourced B2B marketing agency with a simple goal: to even the B2B marketing playing field. The goal was to give companies with limited in-house marketing capacity the ability to reap the same benefits as the 'big guys'. While that's still very core to our DNA, these days, we help a broader range of clients through our various engagement models and offerings. Clients typically come to us when they want to lean on marketing more heavily to accelerate their growth--whether they're looking to get more from their existing function, build one optimally from the ground up, or rework their marketing strategy and go-to-market as they navigate major company milestones and transformations. I'm also the host of a podcast I launched in 2024, "Shift & Thrive: CEO Insights on Driving Change" where I interview CEOs and Founders to unpack how they drive transformation and innovation in their organizations.
