Supported the database module for OAS's application - Databases included: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Postgres, SQLite, InfluxDB, Redshift, FirebaseCurrent project is a rewrite of OAS's Configuration Application using Electron / Vue3 / C#Partnered with JBT to develop an automated system that positioned the bridge for an airport terminal. The airports were in Muscat and Salalah, Oman. Once an airplane was identified, the automated system would position the bridge as quickly and as close to the door as allowed.

Consulting Plus (sales support and ordering - 6 years) - Forte and unix scripting - redesigned the Forte compiler so it more efficient and the application required less memory to run. Developed a set of unix scripts to manage the Forte environment.Call Handling (automated call routing - 2 years) - Visual Studio / Dimensions - Developed a tool to manage the call flows for the automated voice response systems.Tech Access (field technician support - 3 years) - Visual Studio / TFS - Quick Connect (customer setup and support - 2 years) - Visual Studio / TFS / Agile - My primary development environment for the last 7 years has been .Net / C#. Currently using Visual Studio 2013 and Team Foundation Server 2013. Both Tech Access and Quick Connect applications are written with HTML5 and jQuery Mobile allowing for a responsive design. The Quick Connect application is transitioning to use MVC5.

I developed a complex set of reports for DoubleClick using Actuate. I taught several courses from basic to advanced on Forte and Actuate. US West / Qwest engaged me redesign the Forte application that I had written years earlier to transition it from HP to Sun hardware.

The primary companies I supported were Time Warner Cable and US West. I developed a set of scripts written in korn shell that enhanced supporting the product in a production environment. I redesigned Forte's compiler so it was more efficient and used less RAM. I presented at Forte's yearly user group meeting in Las Vegas, Nearly all companies in attendance requested that I come assist them with the scripts I developed.

Developed an application that automated a 30 second commercial for the California Lottery. Worked with Red Sky films and a top advertising agency. The commercials received an award for creativity and innovation.

Information Engineering Facility was a very expensive CASE tool. I was one of the few consultants that had experience developing client/server designs. I traveled to at least 30 customer sights helping them implement their IT systems using IEF. Some of the more notable companies include: Child Welfare of California, U.S. Army and United Airlines
