Ed Nelson is a Senior Associate on Avison Young’s NYC Investment Sales team where he focuses on the sale of mixed-use, multi family and retail properties in Manhattan. Prior to joining Avison Young, Ed spent time at Meridian Capital Group in their midtown office on the top retail leasing team where he gained extensive market knowledge in the West Village, Soho and Chelsea neighborhoods. Before that, Ed was an Associate Director at SVN | CPEX Real Estate in Downtown Brooklyn where he worked with dozens of landlords throughout the borough to sell and lease their commercial property.Ed attended the University of Alabama where he graduated in 2018 with a double major in Economic and Psychology.
