ERP administrator for a midsize cosmetics and beauty supply company.

Provide first level business application support to users for all SYSPRO (ERP) related projects and reports, Dash DDX document storage system and Starship shipping program within an ISO 9000 compliant environment.Administer, to PCI compliance restrictions, access and permission levels to SYSPRO, Dash DDX document storage, and Starship shipping program.Utilize SQL Server Manager 2008R2 to Query, Update, Insert and Delete ERP Database directly and manage multiple access restriction tables daily.Utilize Track-It ticketing system to manage support requests

• Ensure timely, accurate movement of materials from receipt through inspection and production as needed to ensure payments are made and orders shipped as per contractual agreements. • Provide management/leadership with timely accurate reports regarding stock levels, order volume, workload, cost analysis, labor budgeting, and any ERP information, as needed.• Input and co-verify the accuracy of Engineering Change Orders pertaining to stock items moving from the IW/eInstruction legacy families including documentation. • Collaborate promptly, inter-departmentally to assist in providing the customer with the best possible experience both with our company, and with our products through shared knowledge.• Maintain an environment that allows for and encourages learning and constant improvement, incorporating cross-training to maximize capability within a smaller group.• Update and maintain customer databases using applicable software• Responsible for the upkeep of a 20,000 square foot warehouse with $3 million worth of inventory on any given day and the maintenance of all documentation/record keeping in and out of Syspro• Serve as the primary site contact for annual financial audits of the company• Provide or secure training for entire warehouse staff on company policies and procedures, general warehouse safety, OSHA guidelines, new and evolving product lines, and ERP system functionalities• Serve as customer service agent on site at Operations facility / as needed, travel to customer sites to ensure proper product installation and customer satisfaction.• Create and maintain bill of material worksheets to allow for quick and effective communication between management, production, shipping and back to management on a per kit basis for 700+ active stock codes

Coffeehouse and Arts Venue

Run a crew of 50+ students and staff in the production of Set Pieces/props in the building of all main stage and most secondary stage locations (approximately 35 shows throughout the course of my employment) according to blueprints/schematics. Create and maintain budgeting, create and maintain scheduling for personnel and according time schedules.

Daily upkeep and specialized set up of primary, open-air theater facility for 11 performance groups and 8 full/partial staged operas. Total season was 154 performances in 8 weeks. Direct operations of a 5 person crew. Live sound, lights,stage and special effects as required.
