Co-founder of Manifesto Growth Architects, a 50 person-strong consultancy based out of London, New York and Hong Kong, which specialises in building customer propositions and experiences. Manifesto works with clients to help them solve complex customer problems, unify leadership teams and ultimately unlock growth. I've been delivering customer change for both B2B and B2C organisations, for as long as I can remember, as C-suite marketing director and a leader in a global management consultancy firm; experiences which led directly to creating Manifesto, bringing customer focus and value growth, to digitally led enterprise transformation. At Accenture, I led the Marketing Sciences division as the Group’s Managing Director developing their media, digital and consumer analytics practice, before taking on the role of Global Managing Director of CRM Marketing Transformation.At Centrica, where I was British Gas Director of Marketing and Strategy, I was responsible for brand marketing for all British Gas products and services to its 15 million customers. I have been the Chairman of Karian & Box, the EX and Employee Insight consultancy, since we founded the business in 2006. I serve on the members council of Tate, the council of The Marketing Group of Great Britain and I'm an honorary fellow of The Marketing Society.
