I am currently employed with RedShelf, where we work with college and institutional bookstores to deliver course materials for access programs for students and faculty. I've been in my position for three and a half years as an Account Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. I work to ensure that the entirety of the material life cycle from adoption to invoicing is a well oiled machine. This role combines account management, customer service, data entry, problem solving skills, billing and invoicing, and cross-team internal and external collaboration. I pride myself on my ability to communicate and connect with any individual I come into contact with; to be able to meet them on their energy level and figure out what they need to ensure success.I received a BFA in Theater Performance from the University of Michigan and it was the training that I received there that has prepared me for a successful career in the professional world. The tools ingrained into us during the course of our training were listening, communication, and maintaining a wide focus to the world around you. Over the years I have been able to hone these skills in my current and most recent positions, as well as through my time leading and managing teams in the food service industry.The traits I have developed throughout my career have given me a unique viewpoint when facilitating customer relationships and providing those customers with exceptional service that not only gets the job done right the first time, but engages their trust in all interactions moving forward.I look forward to speaking with you soon to learn more about the opportunity.
