Mr. Allison was responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities: regulatory / AML compliance, information technology, marketing, gaming operations, customer service, revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.He assured the system-wide implementation of company policies and procedures and found ways to improve them.In addition, Mr Allison also assists the CEO in strategic and business planning for the organization

In 2010, a Cyprus-based online gaming company made a decision to take the company to an online gaming jurisdiction – Alderney. Risk Associates was contracted to provide direction to the IT team in order to achieve compliance with the gaming jurisdiction’s regulations.Risk Associates provided consultation on the structure of the IT organization, processes and procedures, network infrastructure (including design of the network), and applications. Also included was the completion of the Internal Control System (ICS) and supporting documentation for submission and approval to the Alderney Gaming Control Commission (AGCC).

As a result of significant downtime on the 2006 Melbourne Cup, Mr. Allison was employed to prepare and implement an IT improvement strategy which would ensure that the organization would be ready for the 2007 Melbourne Cup and beyond. Over the next three years, the business had 100% year on year growth culminating with the 2009 Melbourne Cup processing, 335,000 bets, 44,600 active customers and 1426 Max bets / minute. A well run IT department, sound applications and scalable network infrastructure was an integral contribution to the success of the Sportsbet and was key in the acquisition by a very successful gaming company from Ireland in 2009.

VIP is a well established internet-based Sportsbook company located in Curacao. IGW, a software development firm located in Miami, was contracted to develop a new online Sportsbook platform and to integrate the new Sportsbook platform and third party Horse Racing, Poker, and Casino gaming products into VIP. Mr Allison was the Project Manager.

BetCorp (WWTS) is a well established internet-based Sportsbook located in Antigua, West Indies. WWTS offers online Sportsbook, Horse Racing, Poker, and Casino gaming products. Projects included:• Project audit of a project to implement a new Sportsbook platform;• Preparation of a Business Case for a new Poker product offering and the subsequent implementation of the new Poker product; • Assumed interim management responsibility for the Information Technology department; • Project Management of a team to develop and implement a full set of Security Policies and Procedures; • BetCorp acquired another Sportsbook. Mr. Allison was responsible for the project management of the entire Migration / Integration Project. This included management of; renovations of new premises, physical move, review and integration of the two companies business processes and procedures, integration of the IT infrastructure, and integration of the business applications;

Parlay Entertainment ( formerly Dot Com Entertainment Group) is a software supplier of Gaming software for the Internet and was established in 1998. Mr. Allison was responsible establishing and maintaining the Project Management Office (PMO) which developed and monitored project schedules for projects undertaken by Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, and Implementation groups (this included new Licensee implementation and major upgrades to all Licensees).The Project Management Office was established and implemented on time and within budget and significantly improved the development and delivery of DCEG’s products and services.

CryptoLogic is a software supplier to the Internet gaming and e-commerce industries. The Internet gaming industry had been moving towards operating in regulatory environments and CryptoLogic was required to prepare its company products, infrastructure, processes and procedures to conform to the associated jurisdictional regulated requirements. Mr. Allison’s primary responsibility at CryptoLogic was to take their Casino and backend applications, infrastructure, documentation and processes and procedures and make them compliant to the gaming regulations in a number of gaming jurisdiction.This was a formidable task since the systems were custom built with little or no documentation and the culture was very secretive with respect to information about the applications and the infrastructure.Mr. Allison was responsible for having CryptoLogic products certified in the following gaming jurisdictions:• Australia (nullified by moratorium on online gambling)• Isle of Man• AlderneyIn addition, CryptoLogic clients, Littlewoods and The Ritz Club wanted their systems operating in these jurisdictions and Mr. Allison project managed the client implementation to their successful completion.Littlewoods, is well known UK-based, pool lottery company located in Liverpool, licensed the Crypto Logic’s online gaming system to expand their business in the UK and were one of the first licensees in the Isle of Man gaming jurisdiction.The Ritz Club (London) is a high-end land-based Casino operating in London, who wanted to offer online gaming to its members. The Ritz Club CryptoLogic Gaming System was certified to operate in the Alderney regulated gaming jurisdiction.

Maves International Software Inc. develops, sells, delivers and supports software products that address the Third Party Logistics market. In late 1998, to prepare for the required software upgrade of their existing clients for Year 2000, Maves management made the decision to restructure their delivery organization. The purpose of this project was to review the existing organization and develop and implement a business model for the delivery organization that would allow the organization to upgrade approximately 70 existing clients, as well as, any new clients effectively before the year 2000, with as little disruption to their clients as possible.The Restructuring project was completed in time to have all 70 clients upgraded to the appropriate Year 2000 software before year-end 1999. Clients experienced little or no disruption to their normal operations.

FastLane Technologies is a software utilities development company, which belonged to the Newbridge family of companies. The first major task included development of the Information Management Plan for the fiscal year 1998. The major projects included in the IMP included: a major upgrade of the technical infrastructure (Wide Area Network), implementation of mission critical business applications (‘Platinum’ – Accounting System and ‘Clientele’ – Opportunity Management System), and the establishment of a responsive and competent IT organization that was capable of providing the high level of support required by the FastLane organization. All projects identified in the Strategic Information Plan for 1999 were completed on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of senior management;

FastLane Technologies is a software utilities development company, which belonged to the Newbridge family of companies. Adequate business processes procedures and technology infrastructures (technologies and applications) were required to accommodate FastLane’s rapid growth rate. Senior management recognized that, because of their rapid growth, their technical infrastructure, business processes and supporting applications were somewhat lacking.The purpose of this project was to review, using a standard SIP methodology, the companies business processes and IT infrastructure, document the current business and information model, assess the existing technology infrastructure, process and procedures, and develop standard SIP deliverables to address any deficiencies.The Strategic Information Planning Project was completed on time and within budget. The SIP was presented to FastLane senior management and subsequently approved.
