Provided technical support for Apex High School; contracted through 4 Front Systems. Responsibilities include network, hardware and software troubleshooting; basic Novell administration such as creating and maintaining user accounts, software management and user policies; assisting with maintenance and upgrade of school server; and providing desktop support for 2000 students and 150 faculty members. Ensured all IBM desktop and laptop systems were fully functional and when needed, performed needed repairs to those systems.

Provide technical support for the United States Postal Service, the largest NT network in the US via Meridian phone system, email, voicemail, and Remedy ticket system. Responsibilities include maintenance of hardware, remote software support; follow up customer resolution, and confidential material handling. Perform basic LAN and WAN troubleshooting and working knowledge of network connectivity. Working knowledge of NT OS, MS Outlook, Remedy ticketing system, Meridian phone service, and IBM/NCR POS (Point of Sales) hardware.

Install Coordinator - Received shipments of PCs and computer peripherals, imaged hard drives, coordinated installation, and assisted with setup and delivery to customers. Worked on repair of hardware with Dell, IBM, Wyse and NEC systems. Ensured that equipment was utilized and installed in a satisfactory manner. Successfully completed IBM business partners test for warranty repair of desktop and laptop systems.
