Current- Support the Naehas Platform for Bank of America by QA testing updates on multiple dashboards for several different branches.
- Assist in real-time with any questions or hurdles that the client may run into.
- Find bugs, document, assist with and track tickets via Jira to ensure turnaround time is efficient as possible.
- Create Documentation for internal and external use that helps create an all-encompassing library of resources. These resources improve troubleshooting or training others on common issues, topics, or workflows.
- Confident and fluent in using various programs to ensure templates and disclosures are set up to the client's liking with full functionality. Ex: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, GMC Inspire, etc.
