Current• Support the Naehas Platform for Bank of America by QA testing updates on multiple dashboards for several different branches. • Assist in real-time with any questions or hurdles that the client may run into.• Find bugs, document, assist with and track tickets via Jira to ensure turnaround time is efficient as possible.• Create Documentation for internal and external use that helps create an all-encompassing library of resources. These resources improve troubleshooting or training others on common issues, topics, or workflows. • Confident and fluent in using various programs to ensure templates and disclosures are set up to the client's liking with full functionality. Ex: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, GMC Inspire, etc.
