Infrastructure monitoring

• Ensure all operating & maintenance work is undertaken in line with relevant procedures and in accordance with current specifications• Responsible for ensuring that maintenance and routine safety checks are undertaken and recorded• Drive on track machines in accordance with industry and company standards.• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant rules, regulations, standards and work instructions.• Carry out fault finding, rectification of faults and reporting of faults to the relevant company standards

• General refurbishment/repair of all hydraulic components• Tensioner maintenance and operation (offshore/onshore)• Fault finding• Complete onshore/offshore surveys/repairs to satisfaction of supervisor• Hydraulic Oil examination for foreign bodies.

 Maintenance of Tornado F3 aircraft Inspection and testing of complex systems such as: Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electro-mechanical and environmental control. Providing fault diagnosis Rectification, structural repairs and modifications. Preventative maintenance. Replacement of components either unserviceable or requiring routine servicing. Replenishment and use of hazardous consumables such as hydraulic oils, greases, high-pressure nitrogen and oxygen, liquid nitrogen and oxygen. Using COSSH assessments.
