- Responsible for pre- and post-translation engineering of UI/doc/help/web/e-learning resources.- CAT analysis, file quantification and verification, providing analysis figures for quotes and resource planning, process engineering.- TM management, maintaining complete sets of translation memories for all projects.- QA/LQA implementation, making fixes to translated files.- Documenting processes and checklists, keeping these up-to-date to reflect project variations.- Tool development to assist in engineering tasks e.g. automatic leveraging from old translated files, tag checking files etc..- Coordinating with PMs and directly with customers on projects to manage bugs, plan handoffs, improve processes.- Visiting customer sites from time to time.
