Assist Partner and Google Sales teams in product demonstrations and leverage technical expertise to solidify sales contracts, as well as professional services, including, but not limited to project management, change management, and technical resource management throughout the lifespan of several projects.–Lead Google Apps/G Suite deployment engagements to ensure effective change management and customer satisfaction during email/calendar conversions affecting 100% of client IT users. –Manage successful deployments handling scope negotiation, change orders, communications, website tailoring and deployment, customer satisfaction surveys, and training on the G Suite product line–Forge strong relationships with clients implementing Google Apps and with Google representatives who work on these engagements. Develop communications examples in multiple languages for reuse among all customers, generating additional revenue and increasing clients’ change management effectiveness. –Deliver training in multiple languages to various audiences via various methods.
