Specifically, I've written programs to independently measure injection and rubber mold pressures during elastomer injection for verification of manufacturing process variables. Additionally, I've instrumented mud motors for monitoring hysteresis heating/chunking during dynamometer testing. • Currently working on a Continuous Improvement Project looking at the effect of primer/adhesive thickness on elastomer bond strength and chemical resistance to de-bonding. • Conduct facility tours for internal clients and customer outreach.
