Responsible for developing key leadership development programs for the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber, which specialized in connecting LGBTQ+ businesses and networks. Business Leadership Academy:Created and launched the Business Leadership Academy, a year-long leadership development program for early-to-mid career individuals. Responsible for full implementation of program, including securing speakers, locations, and recruitment of participants. Present training on Business Finances and "Getting to Your Why." Annually train approximately 20 business leaders. The program has continues to see strong increases in survey scores pertaining to advanced knowledge in corporate finance and business acumen, as well as strong improvement of recognizing implicit bias and advocating for change. LGBTQ Entrepreneur Bootcamp:Drafted proposal for inaugural Entrepreneur Bootcamp and secured corporate sponsorship of program. Developed curriculum and learning outcomes for program, as well as secured industry leaders to serve as facilitators. Present on Business Ideation. Manage all operational aspects of program. In 2022 we launched, and successfully completed this training, with 18 graduates.Additional Programs and Responsibilities:Design all graphic materials for the Chamber, using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Traveled to key tend markets to identify and establish silhouette, prints, a fabric direction. Worked with the Australian Designers to create an assortment and marketing plan for our stores. Sourced the assortment with U.S and International Vendor. Created a buying and marketing plan with 5 unique buying teams. Regularly monitored sales performance and shipping to help achieve sales and margin goals. Worked with the technical design team to establish a new fit model and grading scale. Meeting the needs of a Young Men's assortment. Regularly reviewed the competitive market place to ensure our clothing was matching what consumers could find from other lifestyle brands. Launched our first assortment with a large media blitz and had a pop-up shop Milwaukee's SummerFest Grounds.

Associate Product Manager for Ruff Hewn Boys, Ruff Hewn Mens and Ramped Up Boys. Worked with our Product Manager to develop a unique assortment of clothing for four size ranges. Worked with U.S and International Vendors to cost, design, and deliver the assortment. Partnered with buying and planning teams to monitor and establish inventory levels, markdown cadence, and achieve our sales and margin goals. Worked with a New York Based Design team where we reviewed the fit, color, and design approval process. Ensuring the product that was designed and developed was successfully delivered to the stores. Established a chart of competitive products across similar marketplaces to ensure our assortment was priced competitively and offered a similar or elevated products.

Learned key skills on product development, inventory analysts, technical design, and competitive review for Infant / Newborn private label clothing. Along side our technical design team, learned and created strong requirements for vendors to ensure product was meeting the needs of all Federal and Local regulations for children's clothing. Learned the process of artwork and color approval, keeping files to ensure the final production matched our approval process.

Started my retail career in the Fashion Jewelry and Accessories. Worked with U.S. Vendors on creating strong replenishment model to ensure strong inventory in stores. Created and monitored the delivery of season holiday themed jewelry and accessories. Worked closely with our trend office to ensure the colors and designs we brought in mirrored what was seen in key trend markets.
